| Description: | Customer Support – Court Management
Caselle is seeking a talented individual to join our team of skilled professionals. The Court Management Customer Support position will support customer calls and work with the Court Management Software Application team. This position may also train new and existing customers how to use Caselle software and assist in data conversions. Exceptional customer service skills, reliability, and strong work ethic a must. Experience using Caselle software a plus. Experience working in a city or county court position also a plus. EOE.

| Duties: | Successfully handles inbound and outbound customer calls and provides assistance to Caselle customers.
Provides outstanding customer service from initial contact through follow-up.
Works closely with customer to establish Court Application set-up, court codes, docket information, and other critical application information.
Works with data conversion team to ensure scheduling, coordination, and application implementation go according to plan.
Trains new and existing customers on the technical and user aspects of the Court Application.

| Qualifications: | Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to quickly learn and apply knowledge as it pertains to software applications.
Ability to deal with customers in a proactive and positive manner which instills confidence and customer satisfaction in Caselle.
Outstanding ability to multi-task and complete projects and assignments in a timely manner.
Previous experience working for a municipal or justice court is a plus, but not necessary.
Prior experience working in a court clerk position is helpful.
